Job summary

JobGiant is seeking support contractors to assist members by answering questions via tickets and chat. This is a remote, United States-based role paid as an independent contractor (1099) with flexible hours. You set your own schedule and are responsible for taxes. Experience with professional phone and written communication is required, and you must be authorized to work in the U.S.

JobGiant finds job openings and submits applications for members, mostly through human virtual assistants, and records every submission in a proof log the member can check. New members start with 25 free application credits. Help members with credits, their proof log and their job choices.

How pay works

• Paid per hour or per assignment. The rate is in your written offer before you start.
• This is an independent contractor (1099) role, not employment. You set your own hours, use your own phone and computer, and are responsible for your own taxes.
