Start My Business Inc. is seeking a remote client onboarding and support specialist to guide new owners through the setup of LLCs, S-Corps, trusts, and more. You will greet clients by phone, email or chat and explain the next steps in plain terms.

You will answer questions, keep dashboards up to date, and route technical questions to the right team, then follow up until resolved. This is a 1099, pay-by-hour or by-assignment role with flexible hours.

• Clear, confident phone voice; you’ll record a short sales-script sample.
• Strong written communication by email, text and chat.
• Reliable internet, a computer, and a work phone.

Start My Business forms companies for owners who would rather not do the paperwork themselves: LLCs, S-Corps, trusts, 501(c)(3) and 508(c)(1)(A) organizations. The build-out also covers a business website, business credit building and aged shelf corporations for owners who want an established entity from day one. Guide build-out clients from signup to a finished company, website and credit plan.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Independent contractor (1099).

How pay works

• Paid per hour or per assignment. The rate is in your written offer before you start.
• This is an independent contractor (1099) role, not employment. You set your own hours, use your own phone and computer, and are responsible for your own taxes.
