Foreclosure Recovery Inc. is seeking individuals to handle claimant inquiries about surplus funds from foreclosed properties. You will answer calls, emails, and texts, and explain current claim status.

This role is remote in the United States as an independent contractor (1099). You set your own hours, use your own devices, and are paid per hour or per assignment with rate disclosed in the offer. No upfront fees.

Job description

When a foreclosed home sells for more than what was owed, the state may hold the difference for the former owner. Foreclosure Recovery Inc. finds out whether funds are held in a family's name and handles the claim with them. There are no upfront fees; we are paid only when funds are recovered. Answer families' questions while their surplus funds claim moves through the state process.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Independent contractor (1099).
