Start My Business forms companies for owners who would rather not do the paperwork themselves: LLCs, S-Corps, trusts, 501(c)(3) and 508(c)(1)(A) organizations. The build-out also covers a business website, business credit building and aged shelf corporations for owners who want an established entity from day one. Sell done-for-you business build-outs and written business plans to people starting or fixing a company.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Independent contractor (1099).

What you will do

• Talk with new and existing owners about forming an LLC, S-Corp, trust, 501(c)(3) or 508(c)(1)(A) and what the build-out includes.
• Explain the build-out packages, shelf corporations and business plan service with their real prices, and send the order link.
• Follow up with people who booked a call or asked for pricing, and log every contact in the CRM.
• Never promise credit approvals, funding amounts or timelines. Our own disclosures say results vary.
• Use only the scripts, prices and claims we approve, and follow our consent and Do Not Call rules.

What you need

• A clear, confident phone voice. You will record a short sample of a sales script as part of your application.
• Strong written communication by email, text and chat.
• Prior sales experience (phone, B2B or direct sales) is preferred.
• Self-directed: you plan your own day and keep your own pipeline moving.
• Reliable internet, a computer and a phone you can use for work.
• Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.

How pay works

• Commission only. There is no hourly pay or base salary.
• Commission is paid per verified sale. Rates and payout timing are in the written offer.
• We do not promise any level of income. What you earn depends on your own results.
• This is an independent contractor (1099) role, not employment. You set your own hours, use your own phone and computer, and are responsible for your own taxes.
