Customers who sign up get dispute letters sent for them and a dashboard that shows every letter, every date and every document in one place, with live chat seven days a week. Answer customer questions in live chat and walk them through their dashboard.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Independent contractor (1099).

What you will do

What you need

• A clear, confident phone voice. You will record a short sample of a sales script as part of your application.
• Strong written communication by email, text and chat.
• Reliable internet, a computer and a phone you can use for work.
• Authorized to work in the United States and living in the U.S.

How pay works

• Paid per hour or per assignment. The rate is in your written offer before you start.
• This is an independent contractor (1099) role, not employment. You set your own hours, use your own phone and computer, and are responsible for your own taxes.
