Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Support Coordinator at our Austin, TX location. The role delivers friendly, accurate service to members, greets visitors, and directs requests. You will support the Loan Service Center with clerical tasks while upholding our values of respect, empathy, service, integrity, and cooperation.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with a salary range of $40,000–$43,500 and nonexempt status. Previous financial environment exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related customer service or clerical experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Understanding of professional office operations and member service practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet members in person and by phone with courteous, professional service.
• Determine member needs and direct to the appropriate department.
• Provide general information on credit union services and account balances.
• Deliver accurate, timely, service-focused support to members and visitors.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence while assisting members, visitors, and internal staff.
• Organize and distribute daily mail; log overnight mail and packages.
