Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a motivated Member Support Coordinator for our Austin, TX campus. You will greet members, identify needs, and direct them to the proper department while delivering courteous, accurate service.

This role also supports the Loan Service Center with clerical tasks and daily operations. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, strong communication, and familiarity with office software.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, receptionist, administrative or clerical roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in person and by phone with courteous, professional service.
• Determine nature of member requests and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Provide general information about credit union services and account balances.
• Deliver accurate, timely, service-focused support to members and visitors.
• Maintain a welcoming presence while assisting members, visitors, and staff.
• Organize and distribute daily mail to departments.
