Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication across phone and digital channels.
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist members via phone, email, online chat, ITM, and digital messaging.
• Complete routine transactions following established procedures.
• Identify member needs and provide basic information.
• Ensure timely follow up on tickets and escalate when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to standards.
