Responsibilities

• Assist members via phone, email, chat, ITM, and digital messaging.
• Perform routine transactions following established procedures.
• Identify member needs and provide basic information on products/services.
• Ensure timely follow up on tickets and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling member information.
