WorldVia Travel Network is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Member Success Specialist to support our agency members across the U.S. You’ll respond to inquiries, guide members through programs, and help them get the most from our resources.

The role requires 2+ years in customer support, excellent communication, time management, and a willingness to work varied shifts. Travel industry experience is a plus, and benefits include medical/dental, life insurance, 401k, and paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of customer or client support experience, ideally using CRM/Support Desk tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy.
• Strong phone and active listening skills.
• Able to adapt and respond to different communication styles.
• Resourcefulness, self-management, and great researching skills.
• Organized, able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma is required.
• Willing to work shifts Monday to Friday 9am–8pm and Saturday 9am–4pm.
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus.

• Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, video calls, and live chat.
• Guide new members and promote programs and resources.
• Troubleshoot issues, investigate solutions, and coach members through next steps.
