Greenville Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Specialist II Floater to deliver exceptional member service across our branches. You will open new accounts, process transactions, loan applications, and support cross-sales while guiding members through financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Minimum of one year of related sales experience and a foundational understanding of lending practices and loan policies.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, open new accounts, and facilitate transactions including ACH stop payments and wire transfers.
• Take loan applications and process payments; ensure closings are accurate and timely.
• Cross-sell products and services and educate members on financial solutions tailored to their needs.
• Conduct vehicle evaluations and manage the DocuSign process.
