Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union is hiring part-time Financial Solutions Advisors to greet members and handle a wide range of transactions at our Greenville branch, with a full-time floater role serving Spartanburg/Gaffney locations. You will open accounts, educate members on services, and assist with loans and deposits.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to anti-money-laundering regulations.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of similar or related experience.
• High school degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial transactions for members in an efficient, accurate and professional manner.
• Open various new accounts, process necessary information and educate customers about services/products.
• Assist members by answering loan related questions and cross-sell loan services.
• Assist members with deposit questions, cross-sell deposit products, and account servicing.
• Assist with Shared Certificates, Safe Deposit Boxes, and related services.
• Use every member contact to advise on additional services or programs.
• Set up auto transfers and sign up for ACH transfers and wires.
• Comply with laws/regulations including BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC.
