Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a friendly member services associate to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, assess needs, and promote personalized solutions that support success.

In this full-time role, you help maintain a clean, safe gym, deliver an outstanding guest experience, and assist onboarding by connecting members with classes, programs, and resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to build rapport.
• CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, answer questions, and connect them with resources.
• Maintain a clean, safe gym environment for all.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative guest experience and guide members to next steps.
• Support onboarding by introducing members to available classes and programs.
