Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. Your role centers on listening to members, understanding their goals, and recommending personalized solutions to support their overall fitness success.

You will build trust-based relationships, provide an inviting gym experience, and help members take the right next steps in pursuing their fitness goals within our community.

• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions and resolving concerns; connect members with the right resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience with a welcoming, informative and inclusive visit; inspire members to pursue their fitness goals.
• Support onboarding to connect members to fitness offerings; greet and assist as the first face they see.
