Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a friendly, service-oriented team member to welcome new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, tailor recommendations, and help members connect with classes and programs that fit their needs.

In this role you will build genuine relationships, support onboarding, and ensure a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when members visit the club.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns.
• Keep gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to guests and members.
• Assist with onboarding new members and connect them to fitness offerings.
