Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting them with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience by offering a welcoming, informative, and inclusive visit.
• Support a strong onboarding experience, greeting members and guiding them to fitness offerings.
