Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a friendly, results-driven Member Services Associate to welcome new members and guide them through their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, build trust, and recommend personalized options to support their success.

In this full-time role, you’ll keep the gym welcoming and clean, assist with onboarding, and participate in sales and membership growth through excellent service. CPR/AED certification within 60 days is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Full-time availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting members with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members by creating a welcoming and informative environment.
• Support an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members connect to fitness offerings.
