24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a friendly, service-minded team member to greet new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will build trustful relationships, listen to goals, and tailor personalized solutions to support overall fitness success.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, maintaining a clean gym, and delivering an informed, inclusive experience that motivates members to pursue their goals within our community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.
• Full-time with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong service mindset and goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answer questions, resolve concerns.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informational sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Assist onboarding so new members connect with fitness offerings and know next steps.
