Job summary

New Reach is hiring a Customer Success Specialist in Tempe, AZ to welcome new members and help them get started strong in their first weeks. You will engage 100–200 members weekly via calls, texts, and emails, guiding them through courses, tools, and resources to stay motivated and on track.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to create a standout member experience, hold members accountable for goals, and support the sales process when needed from our HQ office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, coaching, or people-focused role.
• Strong communication and ability to motivate others.
• Fast-paced, high-energy environment experience.
• Willingness to support sales activities when needed.
• Based in the Greater Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly face and voice for new members in their first 6 weeks.
• Connect with 100–200 members per week via calls, texts, and emails.
• Share knowledge of courses, tools and resources to keep members on track.
• Hold members accountable for goals and celebrate progress.
• Collaborate with Community, Content, Sales, and Coaches teams.
• Support the sales process when needed to convert future members.
