Job summary

New Reach Careers, LLC in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to welcome new members and help them get started strong in their first 6 weeks.

You will connect with 100–200 members weekly via calls, texts, and emails, sharing knowledge of our courses and tools to keep momentum and celebrate breakthroughs.

This is an on-site, full-time W2 role with a base salary of $55k plus up to a 10% bonus, and benefits including PTO, healthcare, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, coaching, or a people-focused role.
• Strong listening, clear speaking, and genuine connection.
• Ability to motivate others and build rapport.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with change and growth.
• Experience with online education and/or sales is a plus.
• Resident of Greater Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly face new members meet and help them start strong in 6 weeks.

• Hold members accountable for goals and track progress.
• Collaborate with the Community, Content, Sales, and Coaches teams.

What You'll Do

• Be the first friendly face (and voice!) new members meet - helping them get started strong in their first 6 weeks.

• Share your knowledge of our courses, tools, and resources to keep members motivated and on track.
• Hold members accountable for their goals, track their progress, and celebrate their breakthroughs.
• Collaborate with the Community Team, Content Team, Sales Team, and Coaches to create an unforgettable member experience.
• Jump in to support the sales process when needed - helping future members say "yes" to their dreams.
• You’ll support our community members from our HQ office - Monday thru Friday.
• 2+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, or a people-focused role.
• Next-level communication skills - you listen deeply, speak clearly, and connect genuinely.
• A knack for motivating others and building instant rapport.
• Solid time management and multitasking abilities - you thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Comfort with change and a love for growth (because we’re always evolving!).
• Experience with online education and/or sales is a plus.
• Currently living in the Greater Phoenix area.
