Job summary

New Reach, headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, seeks a committed member success specialist to onboard new members and guide them through the first six weeks. You will engage 100–200 members weekly via calls, texts, and emails, sharing our courses and tools to keep them motivated and on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, or a people-focused role.
• Strong communication, rapport-building, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly face new members meet and help them start strong in their first 6 weeks.
• Connect with 100–200 members weekly via calls, texts, and emails to drive impact.
• Share knowledge of courses, tools, and resources to keep members motivated.
• Hold members accountable, track progress, and celebrate breakthroughs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional member experience.
• Support sales processes when needed to help future members say yes.
