Job summary

New Reach in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to welcome members and guide them through our ecosystem. You’ll connect with 100–200 members weekly, support growth, and collaborate with multiple teams from our HQ office, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer success, strong communication, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced, on-site role. Earn $55k with up to a 10% bonus as part of a dynamic, mission-driven company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, coaching, or a people-focused role.
• Strong communication, listening, and genuine connection skills.
• Ability to motivate others and build instant rapport.
• Excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with change and a growth mindset.
• Experience with online education and/or sales is a plus.
• Currently living in the Greater Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly face (and voice!) new members meet—helping them get started strong in their first 6 weeks.
• Connect with 100–200 members a week through calls, texts, and emails—each one an opportunity to make a real impact.
• Share knowledge of our courses, tools, and resources to keep members motivated and on track.
• Hold members accountable for their goals, track their progress, and celebrate breakthroughs.
• Collaborate with the Community Team, Content Team, Sales Team, and Coaches to create an unforgettable member experience.
• Jump in to support the sales process when needed—helping future members say 'yes' to their dreams.
• You’ll support our community members from our HQ office - Monday thru Friday.
