WESTconsin Credit Union in Menomonie, WI is hiring on-site for a Full-Time Staff Development & Collections role within our Member Solutions team. You will assist in personnel development, coach performance, and screen potential hires while supporting day-to-day collection operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work extended hours and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Assist in personnel development plans and maintain policies.
• Prepare and process recommendations for goal setting and evaluations.
• Screen potential hires.
• Conduct staff training for new and existing employees.
• Handle escalated member situations and resolve concerns.
• Assist in day-to-day collection operations and auditing.
• Review collection accounts and recommend actions.
• Develop strategies for workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
• Coordinate inter-department online collection system issues.
• May represent the credit union in small claims court.
• Monitor outside vendors for policy compliance.
