Job summary

Alegeus is hiring a Member Solutions Representative to directly support the end users of our fintech and healthtech platform. You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering friendly, professional service and resolving inquiries to improve customer satisfaction while collaborating across teams.

Training occurs in our Maitland, FL office for 4-6 weeks, with start dates on 09/08/2026, 10/05/2026 and 11/02/2026.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber with 25 Mbps or higher).
• Ability to handle complex customer interactions with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• 1-2 years of customer service/call center experience preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Location: within a 4-hour drive of Maitland, FL office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional and empathetic assistance.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with precision.
• Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations, ensuring each interaction is memorable.
