Alegeus seeks a Member Solutions Representative to directly support end users of our product. You will deliver exceptional service, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to customer satisfaction while growing your career with us.

Training begins in Maitland, FL with in-person sessions, followed by a dynamic schedule and performance-based bonuses in a collaborative fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a reliable broadband connection (25 Mbps+).
• Strong communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• 1–2 years of customer service call center experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Within a 4-hour drive of Maitland, FL office.

Start Dates

We are currently hiring throughout the remainder of 2026 and have multiple training classes planned for the following start dates:

• 09/08/2026
• 10/05/2026
• 11/02/2026

Schedule

Monday through Friday 11:30 am - 8:00 pm EST (training schedule will be Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST for the first 4 - 6 weeks)

Compensation

$16.50 per hour plus a variable pay (performance bonuses)

Essential Skills For Creating a Lasting Impact

• Requirements: Must have a reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber with 25 Mbps or higher) with the ability to directly connect to a router (wired) if negative call quality is observed when using a wireless connection. Satellite, dial-up or personal hot spots are not permitted.
• Abilities: Ability to handle complex customer interactions, exceptional communication skills, proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving and a commitment to quality.
• Experience: 1-2 years of customer service call center experience preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Location: Within a 4-hour drive of our Maitland, FL office.

The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position’s compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Compensation Range

$13.51 - $22.98
