Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional and empathetic assistance.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with precision, turning challenging situations into positive experiences.
• Exceed customer expectations to create memorable interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer journey.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service call center experience preferred.
• Reliable broadband internet connection (DSL, cable or fiber with 25Mbps or higher) and capability to connect to a wired router if necessary.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and quality‑commitment skills.
• Location within a 4‑hour drive of our Maitland, FL office.

Compensation

Hourly rate of $16.50 plus variable pay (performance bonuses). The posted salary range for this position is $13.51 – $22.98, adjusted based on experience, location and market conditions.

Training & Start Dates

All candidates must attend in‑person training for the first 4–6 weeks at our Maitland, FL office. Training schedule is Monday–Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. Upcoming start dates: 05/04/2026, 06/01/2026, 08/10/2026, 10/05/2026, 10/19/2026, 11/02/2026, 11/30/2026.
