Job summary

Unitus Community Credit Union in Tigard, OR is seeking a Member Solutions Specialist to analyze delinquent loans, negotiate repayment plans, and help reduce credit risk while maintaining strong member relationships.

You will monitor accounts, coordinate follow-ups, and assist in improving collections to minimize losses. A high school diploma and 1 year of account analysis experience are required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent certificate.
• At least one year of experience reviewing and analyzing account notes to determine course of action required.
• Collections experience in a financial institution, including basic knowledge of debt collection practices in consumer loans preferred
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review delinquent loans and negotiate repayment plans to reduce risk.
• Monitor accounts, process pay-by-phone, and refer to outside agencies as needed.
• Support department goals for delinquency, write-offs, and recovery.
