Responsibilities

• Contacts members to initiate resolution of delinquent accounts and negotiates payment arrangements.
• Maintains accurate files and reports on all collections activity; reports progress monthly.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication while handling escalated collection accounts.
• Analyzes trends in loan underwriting contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans.
• Prepares for and testifies at legal proceedings as required; performs other duties as needed.
