• Maintains accurate files and reports on collections activity and reports progress of delinquent accounts.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication while handling escalated collection accounts.
• Analyzes loan underwriting trends contributing to delinquent/charged-off loans.
• Prepares for and testifies at legal proceedings as required.
• Proactively performs other duties as needed.
