Bronco Federal Credit Union in Franklin, VA is seeking a compassionate, results‑driven leader to serve as its Member Solutions & Recovery Manager. This role oversees the credit union’s collections and recovery functions, balancing portfolio protection with a member‑first approach to help people regain footing.

Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer, you will lead delinquency management, loss mitigation and recovery, develop workout solutions, supervise the team, and ensure compliance with laws

Competenze

• At least five years of collections and recovery experience in a financial institution.
• Two years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, real estate, and commercial loan collections.
• Familiarity with bankruptcy, repossession, and legal collections.

• Oversee delinquency management, loss mitigation, and recovery.
• Monitor delinquency and charge-off trends; provide reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Set strategy and daily direction for collections; develop workout solutions like payment plans and extensions.
