DORT FINANCIAL CU is seeking a Jr. Member Solutions Representative to join our Grand Blanc, MI team.

This full-time clerical role focuses on protecting assets by handling member communications, investigations, negotiations, and collection efforts under Risk Services. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in consumer loan collections preferred, and excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Help protect the credit union's assets by minimizing delinquency and losses through effective member communication, investigation, negotiation, and collection efforts.
• This role also supports loss prevention and recovery initiatives within Risk Services.
