Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills with professionalism and empathy when addressing concerns.
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office tools; comfortable with digital banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and promote exceptional service in-branch interactions.
• Understand member financial goals and offer personalized solutions.
• Handle transactions and inquiries (deposits, loans, debit cards, online/mobile banking questions).
• Educate members on digital banking features and benefits.
• Address issues promptly and professionally; maintain confidentiality of member data.
• Assist with teamwork and escalate to management when needed.
• Meet production goals by identifying member needs and cross-selling TVFCU products.
