Job summary

Power Wellness is hiring a Part Time Member Services Associate for our Stockbridge Wellness Center. You will be the friendly face at the service desk, handling member inquiries, enrollment, and daily operations to ensure a positive gym experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities include selling memberships and services, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records while upholding high customer-satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of related experience or training preferred.
• 2-3 years of sales, reception and computer skills preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service desk interactions including opening/closing, phones, POS, guest registrations and fees.
• Promote and sell memberships and ancillary services.
• Schedule appointments via core software with reminders and policy adherence.
• Balance drawers and understand cash/credit policies.
• Enroll members via contracts, explain memberships and collect payments.
• Communicate across departments as needed.
• Strive for high satisfaction metrics from members and guests.
• Maintain at least 5 shifts per month and stand for 3-6 hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
