A community service organization in Florida is seeking a Membership Trainee to enhance customer service efforts. Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 17 years of age.
• 1-year previous customer service experience required.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Complete all requirements of Member Specialist I Position within 60 days.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment for members.
• Conduct tours of the facility to assess members' needs.
