Qualifikationen

• Two+ years of experience at a financial institution in teller or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Competent with standard office equipment and basic computer skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, well-groomed and professional.
• Ability to meet and interact professionally with people.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Adherence to bank policies and values.

Aufgaben

• Greet members and provide courteous service.
• Cross-sell products and services as needed.
• Review applications and open account types.
• Assist with deposits, IRAs, CDs, transfers, and other needs.
• Explain and guide use of Audio Response System, Home Banking, Bill Payer, card services and Moneyline transfers.
• Correspond with members and resolve service issues.
• Review statements and advise on account activity.
• Open/close safe deposit boxes and maintain logs.
• Identify fraud warnings and prevent fraudulent activity.
• Maintain security of negotiables until signed over to proper employee.
• Perform teller duties including cashing and depositing per procedures.
• Disburse checks, take payments, sell money orders and traveler’s checks.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Set a professional example; may serve as notary.
• Follow all policies; perform other duties as assigned.
