This onsite role emphasizes community engagement and integrity, with typical hours Monday–Friday and rotating Saturdays; starting pay $17.00–$18.50 per hour plus strong benefits, including health coverages, 401(k) and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office applications knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel) is important for daily tasks.
• Proficiency in 10-key data entry by touch to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members, delivering banking services with professionalism.
