Job summary

MY CREDIT UNION in Bloomington, MN is seeking a full-time Member Service Representative to provide quick, accurate service to members. The role handles transactions, inquiries, and referrals within a friendly, professional environment.

The position offers a flexible schedule (8:15–5:15 M-F, some Saturdays), an hourly rate of $20.00–$24.50 plus incentives, and a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, and a 401(k) with up to 6% match.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months or more of customer service experience.
• Credit Union experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous member service and process transactions.
• Cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Follow security procedures for member identification and confidentiality.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
• Assist with general branch operations.
