Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of cash handling experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to work Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Balance cash drawer daily and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Greet members and provide accurate, courteous transactions in person, by phone, or by mail.
• Manage time efficiently and seek opportunities to expand knowledge.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude in complex situations.
• Cash share drafts/checks and process withdrawals after verification of signatures and balances.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Meet and exceed teller referral goals.
• Follow safety and security procedures and report suspicious activity to management.
• Understand policies and compliance issues, including BSA/AML and OFAC.
