Qualifications

• Be able to work Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Balance checks and cash drawer daily; report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Greet and assist members with professional, prompt transactions.
• Manage time effectively; seek opportunities to grow knowledge.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude in complex situations.
• Cash share drafts/checks and process withdrawals after verification.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Meet and exceed teller referral goals.
• Follow safety and security procedures; report suspicious activity.
• Understand policies and compliance, including BSA/AML and OFAC.
