Land of Lincoln Credit Union is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional member service through accurate transactions and proactive product recommendations. The role requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs.

You will greet members, process deposits and withdrawals, and promote credit union services while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability during branch hours and to work at alternate Branch locations if assigned.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and handle transactions accurately and courteously.
• Process deposits/withdrawals and maintain balances with receipts.
• Promote credit union products and services to meet member needs.
• Balance cash drawer at shift end and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain teller area and adhere to all policies and security procedures.
