Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of cash handling/teller experience preferred.
• Availability during branch hours and to work at alternate Branch locations if/when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members to the credit union and process transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent member service and cross-sell available products and services.
• Receive deposits and cash, verify endorsements, and record transactions.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products/services and policies.
• Assist with member calls, emails, and online chats as needed.
• Comply with laws and regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.
• Maintain orderly work area and report equipment issues.
• Frequently support other duties and hours as assigned.
