Job summary

Land of Lincoln Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Teller in Michigan to deliver friendly, accurate member service. You will perform deposits, withdrawals, and balance verification while educating members on available products and services.

The role requires attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer programs. Availability for full-time hours and occasional location changes is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of cash handling/teller experience preferred.
• Availability during branch hours and willing to work at multiple locations.
• Basic understanding of navigating multiple computer programs and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service with accurate transactions and education on products/services.
• Greet members and process deposits/withdrawals and verify balances.
• Cross-sell loans, IRAs, and other credit union services when appropriate.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies; maintain teller station stock.
• Assist with member calls, emails, and online chats when needed.
• Follow all policies and regulatory requirements including BSA/Patriot Act.
