Qualifications

• Accuracy with numbers and names
• Tact and discretion in conversations that involve confidential financial information
• A professional, businesslike presence in an office setting
• Ability to pass a background check and meet bonding requirements of a financial institution

Responsibilities

• Greet every member by name and provide friendly service.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each day with accuracy.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers.
• Verify member identity and follow security procedures.
