Qualifications

• Knowledge of Teller policies and procedures.
• Basic understanding of Credit Union operations.
• Knowledge of consumer lending practices.
• Six months to two years of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview loan applicants to assess needs and finance options.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve complaints; cross-sell products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and issue money orders.
• Open, close, and maintain accounts; assist with account problems.
• Balance cash drawer and verify daily totals.
• Ensure compliance with lending rules and credit union policies.
• Perform ancillary duties and support other tellers as needed.
