Job summary

Mid Oregon Federal Credit Union seeks a friendly, detail-oriented member service teller to handle in-person, drive-thru, and phone transactions at our East Bend location. You will answer questions, process routine financial activities, and guide members to the right credit union products.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong customer service, accuracy with cash handling, and the ability to learn and communicate product information clearly.

Qualifications

• Pleasant, friendly demeanor and excellent customer service abilities.
• Accuracy in handling transactions and cash; 10-key keyboarding.
• Ability to grasp and perform multiple tasks efficiently and quickly.
• Ability to retain knowledge of credit union products and services and offer them to members.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service in person, via drive-thru, or telephone.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services and refer to loan officers or wealth management as needed.
