Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of cash handling or public-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide friendly, consultative service using sales principles.
• Assist with transactions, deposits, and loan-related inquiries.
• Refer products and services to members to support CU goals.
• Escalate complaints and issues to the appropriate supervisor.
