Qualifications

• Must have pleasant, friendly demeanor and excellent customer service over the phone.
• Ability to understand and relay Credit Union products and services clearly.
• Accuracy in handling transactions and ability to retain detailed information.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members by answering telephones and providing product information.
• Post transactions per member requests and transfer calls as needed.
• Cross-sell products and refer to team members and Mid Oregon Financial Services.
