Job summary

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional member service through welcoming greetings and friendly conversation.
• Process teller transactions accurately according to procedures.
• Identify and address members' questions to offer solutions.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs.
• Maintain cash drawer and balance according to guidelines.
• Assist with lobby traffic and ensure timely member service.
