The role emphasizes cash handling, accuracy, and knowledge of available products to meet member needs while maintaining compliance with banking policies and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to comply with banking regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates efficiency with financial transactions for customers and deposits.
• Balances cash drawer throughout the day and at shift end.
• Provides product and service recommendations based on member needs.
• Supports in-branch cash machines and ATMs, including maintenance and balancing.
• Handles teller transactions, check holds, and escalated account requests.
• Researches and resolves member inquiries; performs other duties as assigned.
