Job summary

APG Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller to perform a range of cashiering duties, including processing deposits and withdrawals, loan payments and monetary instruments while delivering high-quality member service. You will cross-sell APGFCU products and adhere to safety and security policies.

The role requires flexibility to work Saturdays and travel to other branches as needed. Experience in cash handling and customer service is preferred, with a HS diploma required; familiarity with PC

Qualifications

• Six months customer service experience required; six months cash handling preferred.
• Knowledge of financial institution procedures and operating policies is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment and to serve members professionally.

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of member transactions accurately per credit union policies.
• Greet members professionally and process transactions within authority limits.
• Enter transactions and balance daily activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Perform teller and branch settlement activities and reconcile logs.
